1. Booking and Confirmation

  • Places are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with course details once payment is processed.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that pregnancy and early parenthood can be unpredictable. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be compassionate and fair:

  • Sensitive Circumstances:
    Please contact India at info@birthkind.co.uk if you need to cancel due to sensitive circumstances

  • Other Cancellations:

    If you need to cancel your booking for reasons not related to medical or other sensitive circumstances, please provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to the course start date.

    In these circumstances, 20% of the course fee is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be refunded.

    Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

    Where possible, I will always try to support you in finding an alternative arrangement.

  • Notification:
    Please contact us at info@birthkind.co.uk with details for any cancellation or refund request.

  • Cancellation by host:

    In the unlikely event that Birthkind needs to cancel or reschedule a session, every effort will be made to offer an alternative date or suitable arrangement.

    If a course is cancelled in full, a full refund will be provided.

    While every effort is made to deliver all sessions as planned, Birthkind cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

3. Course Content

  • Courses are designed for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice.

  • You are encouraged to consult your healthcare provider for personalised advice.

4. Liability

  • While every effort is made to ensure a safe and supportive environment, we cannot accept liability for personal injury or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Privacy

  • See privacy policy.

  • Any photos or videos taken during courses will only be used with your explicit consent.

6. Changes to Courses

  • Occasionally, course dates or content may need to be adjusted. Participants will be informed as early as possible and offered alternative dates or refunds if required.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
