Payment Terms

Payment Methods:

• We accept payment via credit/debit cards.

Course Fees:

• The full course fee is payable at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received.

Cancellations & Refunds (Summary):

• If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the course start date, you will receive a refund minus a 20% non-refundable fee.

• If you cancel within 7 days of the course start date, the course fee is non-refundable.

Compassionate Exceptions:

• We understand that pregnancy and early parenthood can involve unexpected and sensitive circumstances. In such cases, please contact us at info@birthkind.co.uk to discuss.

Receipts:

• A receipt will be issued upon payment.
